Construction Manager/General Contractor
Guilbaud enterprises offers flexibility in contracting methods to fit our clients' needs. We work as an extension of the client. From initial design coordination through bid packaging and management of contractors and subcontractors, our proven systems ensure that your projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Managing the Process: 

- assess the client's requirements & budgets early
- assemble pre-qualified design & construction teams
- provide direction & clarification to ensure that budget & schedules are achieved
- coordinate with vendors of the client, to provide consistency in project delivery
- work with the construction teams to prepare preliminary estimates, format budget approval documents and finalize construction estimates
- maintain the project financials and prepare  for client's internal processing 

Design-Build
Guilbaud Enterprises embraced design-build early in our history so that our clients could take advantage of an integrated services approach and still be assured a cost-efficient process and a well-performing facility. We have developed an expertise in Special Projects and sustaining work that encompasses tenant improvements, renovations, small shells, and sustaining work for plants, sites and campuses. In this group, streamlining is the name of the game. Our project manager/superintendent become the clients' number one contact both in and out of the field and can immediately respond in any situation. We are experienced at working in occupied spaces, on off-shift hours to building standards. We coordinate with our clients' vendors and ensure the space is ready for occupancy on the target set date.
